Eligibility for Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

• Products damaged due to misuse or wear

Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at 7ishclothing@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
